Dough Mixer

We are seeking a skilled Dough Mixer to join our team at Hearthside Food Solutions. As a key member of our Mixing Department, you will be responsible for preparing product according to standard recipe requirements.

• Operate commercial-grade mixing equipment with computerized control systems.
• Ensure strong attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Alert Operators, Leads, or Supervisors of any quality or safety issues.
• Work safely at all times and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as needed and be flexible with your schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong math and reading skills, with ability to measure and read scales.
• Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in variable temperatures and weather conditions.
