Job Description:

The Patient Care Technician plays a vital role in the patient care team, providing clinical support and assistance to patients and healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
  • CNA certification or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
