About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to join the Commercial Banking Business Execution & Readiness CB Portal Strategy & Management Team.

This role requires a strong understanding of technology business systems and the ability to lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost-effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Provide general business-level website administrator support for internal Commercial Banking portals
Responsibilities Include
  • Managing SharePoint and Azure sites, ensuring optimal performance and user accessibility
  • Configuring permissions, site layouts, and custom workflows to streamline business processes
  • Managing SharePoint and Azure access by configuring user permissions and roles, ensuring secure and appropriate access to site content
  • Regularly auditing and updating access controls to maintain data integrity and security
  • Setting up and configuring custom lists in SharePoint to meet specific requirements
  • Customizing list columns, views, and maintaining permissions to enhance data organization and usability
  • Developing responsive websites using HTML for structuring, CSS for design, and JavaScript for dynamic API
  • Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimized page performance for seamless user experience
  • Developing and supporting advanced automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes
  • Integrating various applications and services to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
  • Designing custom applications using Power Apps to address specific needs
  • Creating user-friendly interfaces and integrated apps with various data sources, including SharePoint and SQL/Oracle databases
  • Developing Interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced skill in SharePoint, including experience working with DFFS
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Advanced experience in creating and supporting workflows using Power Automate
  • Experience creating and supporting reporting needs for a business using Excel and Power BI
Job Expectations
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
