Job Summary

The Medical Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partner in the Hudson Valley. This involves clearly presenting program requirements to interested patients and families while serving as a patient advocate.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to create a positive patient experience and provide exceptional service throughout the enrollment process.
