We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Restoration Sales Manager to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established commercial restoration company, helping them find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. As a Restoration Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Restoration Sales Management
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold
  • Commercial/Residential construction experience
  • Background in reconstruction/mitigation
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Xactimate, DASH, and MICA experience preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma-GED; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
