We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Machinery Supervisor to join our team at the Landscape Repair Shop. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee the daily activities of our mechanics, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic questions or issues, creating accurate estimates for service and repairs, and communicating effectively with customers regarding their equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily activities of mechanics
  • Assisting with diagnostic questions or issues
  • Creating accurate estimates for service and repairs
  • Communicating with customers on equipment status
  • Managing reports on mechanic performance
  • Contributing to optimizing shop efficiency through collaboration with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial machinery maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of commercial machinery systems and components
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
