Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building and Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, Florida. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect buildings and structures to identify functional systems and detect malfunctions.
  • Perform minor electrical maintenance, including replacement or repair of fixtures and appliances.
  • Conduct minor plumbing maintenance, such as replacing or repairing leaks and unclogging drains.
  • Perform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work, including preparing surfaces and applying paints, stains, and varnishes.
  • Reconfigure, install, and move office furniture and modular offices.
  • Assist in monitoring work performed by outside mechanical contractors.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies.
Requirements
  • Skilled in building tasks in one or more fields, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
