Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team at PF Holdings LLC Defunct. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of subordinates and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
  • Examine parts for defects and perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting.
  • Analyze test results and machine error messages to identify equipment problems.
  • Record repairs and maintenance performed and notify supervision of any non-typical repairs.
  • Order and receive parts necessary for repairs and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred or equivalent training.
  • Basic computer skills, Excel, and Word preferred.
  • Mechanic certifications preferred (e.g., Diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brake systems).
  • Ability to read schematics for heavy equipment repair.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Able to read, speak, and write English.
Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Strong physical and mental health to maintain a demanding workload.
  • Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body.
  • Ability to use computer software programs to achieve job functions.
  • Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
  • Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty.
