Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive, personalized experience for each customer.
  • Develop meaningful customer connections and build a strong community of customers.
  • Possess expert knowledge of Parachute Home products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing functions, including processing incoming returns and exchanges.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to COVID-19 safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends and during peak holiday seasons.
  • Retail sales, showroom, or customer service experience is required.
  • Experience using a point of sale system is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in and a passion for home interiors is preferred.
  • Must be punctual and report to our Chicago location.
