Job Summary

Weis Markets is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Floral Supervisor to lead our floral department team. As a key contributor to our retail success, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role model for customer service excellence and promote a positive store culture.
  • Supervise and train floral associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels, track sales data, and make recommendations for product purchases.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and health codes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or food service-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supermarket or flower shop setting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
