About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating room nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a cardiac scrub setting. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required, and certification in a specialty area is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care for patients in our Operating Rooms
  • Work collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • 1 year operating room cardiac scrub experience required
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended
  • Certification in a specialty area is encouraged
