Job Summary

The Stamford Public Schools is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide support and services to students
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and support
Requirements
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certification or Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Connecticut State Department of Health License, or in process
  • Connecticut State Department of Education Certification, or in process
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to learn and implement various technologies and software
