  • Observing, assessing, documenting, and reporting resident conditions and changes.
  • Conducting rounds with physicians and recording visits in clinical records.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid License to Practice as an LVN in the state of Texas.
  • Completed an LVN program at an accredited vocational school or college.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
