Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the school's property and adjacent yards are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct minor maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure the smooth operation of school facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds and the Business Manager to achieve the school's maintenance and cleaning goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands, climb, or balance.
  • Frequent lifting and/or moving of objects weighing more than 30 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
