Compensation: $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to enhance our healthcare food service team. The Clinical Dietitian will be instrumental in delivering nutritional care and support to patients, promoting their overall health and wellness.

The responsibilities include:

  • Conducting patient evaluations to assess their nutritional requirements and formulating personalized dietary plans.
  • Providing nutritional therapy and counseling for patients with diverse medical conditions.
  • Monitoring patient progress and modifying dietary plans as necessary.
  • Educating patients on healthy eating practices, food choices, and preparation methods.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments in nutritional science and dietary recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
  • State licensure as a dietitian where applicable.
  • Strong understanding of physiology, tube feeding, health coaching, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
