Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Clinic Manager in our Hematology/Oncology department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and professional environment, ensuring quality care, efficient operations, and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication among staff members.
  • Develop and implement departmental systems to meet medical records, transcription, patient flow, quality monitoring, and patient accounts/billing needs.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including staffing, equipment, and supply management, as well as policy and procedure development.
  • Provide ongoing care and education to patients and their families, promoting an atmosphere of learning and professional development.
  • Anticipate and recognize changes in patient status and need for care, determining priorities and providing interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and patient records, communicating with physicians and updating care plans as necessary.
  • Participate in community education programs and continuous quality improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in acute care nursing, including experience in oncology.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including delegation, team building, and critical decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
