Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to older adults, managing complex medical conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary and specialty care to geriatric patients
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or Board eligible
  • Current Medical licensure issued by PA State Board of Medicine or the PA State Board of Osteopathic Medicine
  • Successful completion of Residency
  • Prior experience in clinical medicine
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least three (3) years clinical patient care experience as a specialist
