Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Planned Parenthood. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, develop and implement treatment plans, and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient history, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic testing as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and providing patient education
  • Collaborate with our physicians and staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest reproductive health care developments and maintain CE requirements for licensure and quality assurance
Requirements
  • Current active, unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse and APN in the state of employment
  • Current national board-certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant
  • DEA license or ability to obtain at hire, and enrollment in Controlled Substance Monitoring Program as applicable in the state of employment
  • Advanced degree, minimally master's degree
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
