About the Role

Ridgeview Medical Center seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or conditions affecting their ability to perform daily activities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or related field.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), valid in Minnesota.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Information:

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated at $85,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
