We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Concierge to join our team at the Rittenhouse Hotel. As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and register guests in a friendly and courteous manner, adhering to hotel and sustainability standards.
- Make and confirm reservations, ensuring accurate and timely communication with guests.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Transmit and receive messages, utilizing hotel systems and protocols.
- Receive and resolve guest complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, including balancing accounts and conducting audits, to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction scores and work towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to the hotel's Earth View program.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- College degree or comparable work experience.
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach.
