About the Role

As a pediatric nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current valid license to practice as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
  • Current CPR certification
