We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at MLee Healthcare.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and analyses to assist in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory equipment and techniques, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Urine Drug Screen (UDS) laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and validate drug panels using LCMSMS principles and update SOPs, data analysis, and training documents accordingly.
- Perform UDS testing using immunoassay and conduct confirmatory drug testing with LC/MS/MS software.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LC/MS/MS equipment and perform proficiency testing and report results.
- Document patient data, quality controls, and review monthly graphs to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Master of Science or a related field degree.
- Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Chemist Scientist licensure.
- 4+ years of experience in Laboratory Sciences or Laboratory Technology.
