Job Summary

Aramark is seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu
  • Verify transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Understand meal inclusions and ensure proper storage of food
  • Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including knives
  • Prepare a variety of food items, beverages, and garnishes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking equipment
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Connect with the Manager daily to understand and prepare menu for the day
  • Supervise food temperature requirements and maintain a safe environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including tasks in other kitchen areas
Requirements
  • Food Service Certificate as needed
  • Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure
