Job Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) of Upstate Caring Partners will play a vital role in supporting the quality of clinical services, agency education, and collaborative partnership initiatives to strengthen the infrastructure of supports available to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the use of the Practical Functional Assessment to assess severe problem behavior.
  • Assist in the use of regular treatment integrity checks of programming.
  • Assist in the use of behavioral data systems to continually evaluate behavior plans and achieve individual goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the individuals receiving services at Upstate Caring Partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Degree required.
  • Board Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
  • Travel is required; must have or be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver's License.
