Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment. As an ER nurse with Fusion, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in need. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as an ER nurse with Fusion, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You should also have experience working in emergency room settings and hold current licensure as a registered nurse in the state where you will be practicing. BLS certification and a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) credential are also preferred.
