**About the Job:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy leader to join our team at Christus Health. As an Occupational Therapy specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, family conferences, and in-service programs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist with supervising and coordinating the Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant student programs.
  • Actively participate in Performance Improvement activities.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university is required. Additionally, licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners of Texas is necessary.

Salary Information:** $73,500 - $95,000 per year
