Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Representative to join our team at Starboard Group Management Company. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and upholding the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing our team delivery system.

• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding menu items and services.

• Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by interacting verbally with all guests.

• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via our point-of-sale computerized register system.

• Observe guests' needs and respond promptly to any additional requests.

• Present the guest check to each table and accept payment.

• Make correct change and/or complete the proper charge card procedure.

• Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.

Qualifications

• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.

• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are required.

• Mobility is required during the entire shift.

• Transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift.

• Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, have the ability to lift and bus pans and trays frequently weighing 25 pounds.
