About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Banking Centers, ensuring that clients receive seamless service and accurate information regarding our CD/IRA/HSA and ICS/CDARS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Banking Centers with client inquiries, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform account maintenance and research to resolve discrepancies within client files.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide superior customer service and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Meet or exceed productivity targets, providing support and suggestions to management and team to enhance productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or associate's degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with 2+ years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and knowledge of bank operation systems, including Hogan.
  • Understanding of bank products and a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
