Job Opportunity

M-W Marine, Inc. is seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team.

We are a leading provider of fishing boats and marine equipment, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us deliver exceptional customer service and support.

The successful candidate will have experience with mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance of fishing boats, motors, and trailers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing issues on fishing boats 22ft and smaller, Mercury outboard engines up to 400HP, Mercruiser sterndrive engines, and trailers.
  • Performing maintenance work on these boats, motors, and trailers.
  • Performing electronics, fish finder, and trolling motor installation.
  • Providing estimates of repair costs to customers and explaining issues found.

Qualifications include:

  • Mechanical experience.
  • Ability to use computer diagnostic software.
  • Basic 12 volt electrical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
