Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Mount Rainier, Maryland.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote the health and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties in clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients in their homes, utilizing a variety of techniques and strategies to promote communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience working with clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
