We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Valley Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, promoting emotional health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients' mental health needs, developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches and techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide emergency support as needed.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum two years of experience in behavioral health, with a focus on family, group, and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
  • Arizona State licensure in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW).
  • CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior (HWC) training within 30 days of employment.
