About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and caring Residential Counselor to join our team at The Affiliated Sante Group. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, and those experiencing emotional and/or behavioral challenges.

Estimated Annual Salary: $41,600 - $42,200

Responsibilities
  • Counsel residents in identifying and resolving social or other problems.
  • Complete documentation regarding consumer's daily activities, and incident reports as needed.
  • Escort individuals on trips outside establishment for shopping or to obtain services as needed.
  • Comply local, state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Implement resident rehabilitation plans and record appropriate data.
  • Record and submit all necessary documentation for billing.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and one (1) year related experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with less than two (2) points as well as current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to move/lift up to 50lbs.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends for coverage.
Benefits Package
  • A tentative work schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. This schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.
