Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at Proliance Surgeons, Inc. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physical therapists in delivering high-quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists with patient care activities, including setting up treatment areas, preparing equipment, and providing support during therapy sessions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a medical or therapy setting preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 pounds).
