MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a leading provider of contract staffing services, is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients.
Responsibilities- Provide critical nursing care to cardiac patients while assisting Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Endovascular Neurosurgeons in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, provide education to patients and family members, and insert and remove intravenous lines.
- Administer medication, including moderate sedation, and monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures.
- Oversee the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures, and provide post-procedure monitoring.
- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS Certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Interventional Radiology setting
- Other requirements to be determined by our client facility
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
