Treasury Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Director to join our team at TalentSource. As a key member of our Administration & Finance Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash management strategy, liquidity, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management: Process bank reconciliations, investigate and resolve variances, design processes for revenue recognition, and ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Debt Management: Maintain debt master lists, ensure timely debt payments, and perform accrued interest calculations.
  • Accounts Payable & Payroll: Oversee AP and Payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees, pensioners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited university.
  • Master's Degree or proven experience in a governmental entity or private sector enterprise.
  • Certified Public Accountant or candidate preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $96,000.
