About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Worker to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, load, and unload parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to assemble a variety of mechanical products.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform soldering, packaging, and labeling of products for shipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in assembly line work or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
