About the Role

The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the assigned plasma collection center. Reporting directly to the Management team, this individual will oversee the coordination and administration of the training process, aligning with EU Guidance on Good Manufacturing Practice and FDA cGMP 21CFR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all staff adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory policies, and employee handbook, while maintaining awareness of SOP changes.
  • Participating in staff meetings and team gatherings as required.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized workspace, guaranteeing sufficient operating supplies are available when needed.
  • Implementing Health Safety & Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures.
  • Guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality regarding personnel, donor, and center information.
  • Collaborating with Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance is met and maintained.
  • Developing and implementing tools to enhance the effectiveness of the training program.
  • Providing hands-on training in Medical Reception, Donor Floor, and Plasma Processing areas.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee training according to company policy.
  • Coordinating new employee orientation and training plans.
  • Familiarizing employees with established training policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date training courses and employee records within company systems.
  • Staying current with company updates, material releases, and management tool releases.
  • Scheduling trainees' training periods in harmony with center operations and training requirements.
  • Delivering training related to SOP changes, new technology, and processes to center staff.
  • Participating in the selection, assessment, and development of Designated Trainers.
  • Ensuring annual training requirements are met, preventing training certifications from expiring.
  • Making sure training materials are accessible to trainees and staff.
  • Monitoring trainees' progress, performing regular follow-ups to complete training in a timely manner, escalating delays to management staff if necessary.
