Alto Health Care Staffing is seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. This is a PRN (per diem) position offering flexible hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
* Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
* Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients.
* Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the medical record.
* Report any changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
* Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
* Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

* Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
* Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to lift and transfer patients.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
