Your Profile:
You are a compassionate and observant caregiver who is passionate about assisting children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs) in their residences. You embody the core values of Team 24: We Care, Performance Matters, Continuous Improvement, Courageous Ownership, and Collaborative Success.
Position Overview:
In this position, you will deliver in-home support to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs), including conditions such as Autism and Down Syndrome. You will adhere to personalized client care plans and provide regular updates on progress to the care team.
Services may include:
- Personal care (assistance with bathing/showering and toileting)
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay rates for this role are determined by assignment and vary based on client location and required services. The expected pay range for current assignments in California is between $16 and $17.70 per hour.
