Job Description

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work area.

You will also be responsible for taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.

In addition, you will balance a cash register, offer additional sales opportunities to customers, and prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen.

Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to lift 25+ pounds
  • The ability to move around the restaurant and perform physical tasks
  • The ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Earned Salary: $12-$15 per hour
