As a Radiology Technologist, your responsibilities will encompass various areas including Radiography, Surgery, General X-ray, and Fluoroscopy. Position Overview:
This role involves executing prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental policies and protocols, ensuring optimal care for the patient demographic.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct radiographic procedures and analyses following departmental standards, utilizing independent judgment and established methodologies.
2. Educate patients and their families about the procedures and treatments, including associated risks and preventive measures, while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
3. Produce high-quality images and compile them with relevant patient information for prompt interpretation, maintaining accurate documentation.
4. Exhibit proficiency in performing prescribed invasive or interventional procedures as necessary, adhering to established guidelines.
5. Carry out and assess equipment quality control measures, troubleshooting issues and notifying appropriate personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance.
6. Uphold ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities in radiology practice, ensuring confidentiality of all work-related information.
7. Contribute to the efficient operation of the department by performing additional duties as assigned and managing inventory to prevent service interruptions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiology program.
- National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and relevant state licensure, if applicable. BLS certification is mandatory.
- This position necessitates clinical expertise typically acquired through one year of experience. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
