**About Us**

**Your Role**

We're looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at King Brasserie. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. You'll also be an advocate for the bar/restaurant, creating ridiculously personal experiences for our guests and developing relationships that will compel them to return.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Greet and welcome our guests, promptly serving them food and beverages.
  2. Pour drinks, using standard pour according to specifications, and receive and process orders in the POS system with accuracy.
  3. Serve food and drinks to guests, along with filling orders for the servers.
  4. Notify a manager if a guest is becoming intoxicated or rude to other guests.
  5. Fill and clean ice bins, clean and empty trash cans, change kegs, stock beer and wine coolers.
  6. Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.
  7. Follow uniform and grooming specifications.
  8. Maintain cooperative communication with support crew and management.
  9. Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.

**What We're Looking For**

  • 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
  • Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
  • Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, great communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures, as well as recording accurate tip-out sheets, and calculating accurate bill amounts.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications (if applicable).
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
