Job Details

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a Travel - Surgical Technologist for Cardiovascular Operating Room.

Shift: Variable Days / between 6 AM - 7 PM (10x4) 40 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Requirements: As mandated by the facility
On-call Requirements: one day per week and one weekend per month

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist in a clinical environment
  • At least 1 year of cardiothoracic experience, specifically in open-heart procedures
  • 1 year or more of Surgical Technologist experience in a hospital setting
  • Experience with Open Heart & Thoracic procedures
  • Certification: CORST, CST or TSC required
  • AHA BLS certification
  • AHA ACLS certification
  • Extensive experience as a Cardiothoracic Surgical Technologist in a hospital setting
  • Preferred: ECMO, Impella insertion, and Robotics experience
