Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pool Server to join our team at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa. As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests at the pool bar, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Take food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner, using our point-of-sale system to process transactions.
  3. Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
  5. Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, assisting colleagues and other departments as needed to ensure seamless service.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
