The NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, HR tasks, and other administrative duties.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with HR experience who can assist with various tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and prepare related reports
- Assist with new employee onboarding and benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and files
- Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents
- Reconcile medical bills and accounts payable
