About Our DistrictWe are the resident district of Whiteman Air Force Base, serving a 70% military-connected student population. Our close partnership with Whiteman Air Force Base has earned us recognition as one of the top-performing districts in the nation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement student support services to meet the diverse needs of our student population
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to enhance student outcomes
- Lead the recruitment, retention, and development of high-performing staff
- Drive innovation and excellence in student services, ensuring a student-centered focus
We seek a leader with diverse professional knowledge, a vision of excellence, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior experience as a lead principal is preferred, but not required. A competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and credentials will be offered, along with a highly-desirable work calendar.
