Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Active Minerals International LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed electrical and mechanical production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in production maintenance; craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, Variable Frequency Drives, and PLC.
  • Proficiency with computers and computer applications, including CMMS.
  • Valid driver's license and forklift license required.
Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a production environment with regular lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying up to 55 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 70 feet. Manual dexterity required for operation of hand controls and/or computer keyboard.
