Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our LHCSA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding Home Health Aides to join our team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume recruitment and onboarding for new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Follow up on leads from health plans and internal staff
  • Leverage Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential HHAs
  • Maintain a presence at healthcare job fairs and create open house events
  • Maintain up-to-date notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate follow-up interviews with required team members
  • Provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting home health aides in a similar environment
  • Candidate must be fluent in Spanish (bilingual Spanish/English)
  • High energy, well-spoken, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with behavioral-based interviewing
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment

Base pay for this role is between $18.00 and $26.00 an hour, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
