Pediatric Intensive Care Physician

We are seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Physician to join our team at ProLocums.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic inpatient setting. As a Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for the management of critically ill pediatric patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, vasoactive support, and other advanced therapies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer highly competitive compensation packages, including a base rate of $2500 per shift for 24-hour call and an additional $275 per hour for callback shifts after the first 5 hours. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive team environment.
In addition to these benefits, we offer a comprehensive credentialing process that typically takes 90 days to complete. This allows our physicians to quickly integrate into our team and begin providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and hold or be eligible for licensure in the state where the position is located. They must also possess current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
A minimum of 12 patients per shift and 12 beds in the department ensure a manageable workload and adequate resources to provide optimal patient care.
