Your Role:
As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, you will be more than just an employee; you will embark on a journey of professional growth and personal development. You will collaborate with a team of passionate individuals who share a commitment to helping children with autism thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy in engaging, naturalistic play environments.
- Foster strong relationships with families and provide education to enhance therapy carryover at home.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress through daily SOAP notes and conduct evaluations and reassessments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure coordinated care.
- Collaborate with MeBe staff and external professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Manage a full-time caseload with a supportive structure, including weekly supervision meetings.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and State Licensure (RPE license) are required.
- A warm, professional demeanor that fosters positive interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate communication with external professionals.
